I do like the sofa but find you have to sit / lie a certain way to be really comfortable, and if you sit normally the hard part of the sofa digs into you.

That solid foundation is what separates a sofa that holds its shape from one that sags within 12 months, and the firmness you're feeling at the sides is simply the frame doing its job.
It's also worth knowing that solid timber frames and high-density foam do take time to fully settle. Most customers find the sofa reaches its full comfort level between 6 to 8 weeks of regular use, as the materials naturally soften and mould to how you sit. Sitting centrally with the cushions fully plumped will help in the meantime.

I absolutely love my sofa it was well worth the money and the whole process from start to finish was amazing, customer service was quick and easy and when I had to change my delivery date there was no problem. To top it off when the delivery team delivered my sofa they were really professional and polite and took the time to show me how the sofa worked.
